Exchange & Return Policy
At SahulatPro, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy governs exchanges, returns, and complaints for products purchased through our online platform, in accordance with applicable Pakistan eCommerce and consumer protection regulations.
Exchange Policy
- Products may be exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same article in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Items sold at a discount exceeding 30%, clearance items, or products purchased during sale campaigns are not eligible for exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.
Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are not offered.
- Approved returns or exchanges will be compensated through an electronic voucher (e-voucher) of equivalent value, redeemable only on the SahulatPro platform.
- The e-voucher may be used immediately or at a later date, subject to its validity.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- In cases of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
- If the return is due to a defective product or an error attributable to SahulatPro, the issue will be resolved in accordance with internal procedures and applicable laws.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for an exchange or return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
Products that are used, damaged, altered, soiled, or missing original packaging are not eligible for exchange or return.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Products sold at discounts above 30% or during promotional sale campaigns
- Fragrances
- Accessories (except belts, where applicable)
Complaint Registration & Resolution
Customers must report any issues related to:
- Defective products
- Damaged items
- Missing contents
- Incorrect or incomplete orders
within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints must be submitted through SahulatPro’s official communication channels (WhatsApp, email, or social media), along with clear images of:
- The product
- Tags or barcode
- Outer packaging (front and back)
Complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained, as per standard eCommerce practices in Pakistan.
Legal Compliance
This policy is subject to applicable Consumer Protection Laws of Pakistan, including provincial consumer protection acts. SahulatPro reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
